Zac Thomas is a senior HR professional with over 30 years of experience, 17 years of which have been with a Fortune100 Global FMCG Company, having held HR Head roles across multiple geographies in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. He's currently the managing consultant of HR90Degrees, an HR consulting firm based in Dubai. He is also a co-founder of XZED Skills Pvt Ltd and a Partner at Sol People Transformation.

Zac has lived and worked in many countries including India, Kuwait, UAE, Lebanon, Egypt, Turkey and UK. He has handled a variety of HR issues including M&A, change management, Comp & Ben, Career and Succession Planning, Talent Management as well as labour unions/ industrial relations.

His expertise spans across FMCG, Engineering, Information Technology, Retail and Construction Industry verticals. He also specializes in senior level executive search in the Middle East Africa region. Zac is an expert trainer on management and leadership, has published several HR related articles and has been a speaker on several international HR forums.

Zac is an Engineer with post-graduation in Industrial Engineering and holds an MBA in Leadership from the UK. Zac is also a certified PRINCE2 Project Management expert and has been accredited by SHL to perform assessment and development centers. He is also an accredited specialist on Leadership Style Assessment.
