He has expertise in Organization Design for enhancing organizational effectiveness and Process and Productivity Improvements using various Management Tools and Techniques
He has implemented effective process management & ability to work with and manage virtual teams and matrix management structures and implemented effective operational processes and identify opportunities for productivity improvement and organizational effectiveness, initiated organization re-design for greater adaptability, efficient decision making, right sizing the organization through manpower assessment, designed and implemented role-based organization to support all aspects of hire to retire cycle.
