Sindhu Subhashini is a senior HR professional with over 24 years of experience in multiple IT Services Organizations. Her core area of expertise is building and implementing key people practices and building a culture that would be the business differentiator. She has played critical role and was part of teams that worked towards achieving awards such as ‘Best company to work for” and multiple other awards for being top employer.

In her consulting role, Sindhu is currently heading Sol People Transformation, an HR Consulting Organization based in India and has helped 30+ organizations in defining and implementing core people processes. She has mentored more than 100+ leaders across industry in their leadership journey.

Sindhu is passionate about facilitating Leadership Workshops and has co-facilitated multiple Leadership Labs and Coaching Sessions. She believes in building a diverse workplace and has co-designed and co-facilitated multiple Women’s Leadership Programs and has coached 75+ women across industry in the last one year, in defining and building their careers through “ChallengHers” a Women’s Leadership Program.

She holds a PG in HR.
