With about 3 decades of industry experience Rajesh Veeramani has worked across the spectrum as a Practitioner and as a Management Consultant in supporting businesses and spearheading projects to successful completion in business performance improvement and transformation, focussed on organisation effectiveness.
He has experience in Enterprise Effectiveness identification in the area for Process, Productivity, HR and Business Excellence, improvement in line with various techniques such as Lean, Six Sigma, Job Evaluation, PDM, Bench Marking, Business Excellence, Career Planning etc.
He has expertise in Organization Design for enhancing organizational effectiveness and Process and Productivity Improvements using various Management Tools and Techniques
He has implemented effective process management & ability to work with and manage virtual teams and matrix management structures and implemented effective operational processes and identify opportunities for productivity improvement and organizational effectiveness, initiated organization re-design for greater adaptability, efficient decision making, right sizing the organization through manpower assessment, designed and implemented role-based organization to support all aspects of hire to retire cycle. He worked towards enhancement of organizational efficiencies through governance of role-based organization.
Rajesh has led transformational change in a broad range of industry sectors - Airports, Breweries, Food Industry, Iron & Steel, Banking & Financial Services, Power/Energy, SEZ, Pharmaceutical & Health, Metallurgical, Engineering & Automotive, Paper, Shared services etc as a part of his stint at National Productivity Council and GMR Group.
He has played a key role as faculty and designed number of training programs on Business Excellence, Productivity, Job Evaluation, Lean manufacturing, 5S, Policy Deployment Matrix, Quality Circles, Problem Solving Techniques, Productivity Techniques for business performance improvement and Business transformation.
